Engineering Design:
Lincoln Composites has an engineering staff that is unparalleled in the industry. Many of our engineers hold advanced degrees in engineering disciplines and a number of them are registered professional engineers. Along with their education, our experienced staff provides professional training and mentoring for our newest engineers thus passing on the tradition of excellence for which Lincoln Composites is known.

In addition to this experience, Lincoln Composites has numerous tools for design and analysis at its disposal. Some of these tools include extensive CAD capabilities with state of the art analysis software, such as Ansys, Unigraphics and Solid Edge. We have the capabilities to communicate with any major CAD program. This capability allows us to work seamlessly with our customers for flawless integration of our products into the customers’ application.

Lincoln Composites takes a leadership role in industry regulations and standards. We have representatives on many of the working groups of national and international standards related to the NGV and gas industries. This committed involvement allows our expertise to be shared world wide to maintain safe and reliable products for our customers. Participation in standards development provides us with familiarity of the standards to allow us to be fully compliant with our products.

Manufacturing:
Lincoln Composites has a distinctive competency in filament winding. We have two custom designed, state of the art filament winding machines with proprietary software specifically designed by Lincoln Composites. This equipment is some of the fastest filament winding machines in the world, thus allowing efficiency in our throughput which translates to cost competitiveness in our pricing. Our 55,000 square foot facility houses our raw materials inventory through our processing to our finished goods inventory.

Testing:
In-house testing includes hydrostatic proof, leak testing, and cycle and burst capabilities. Lincoln Composites also can perform drop testing, environmental and resin testing.

Training & Support:
Lincoln Composites has a Technical Customer Service engineer on staff to provide full time technical field service support. We have developed a thorough training program that we provide to customers and end users. This program is designed to help customers inspect for and evaluate damage specifically for our TUFFSHELL® fuel tanks and modular storage systems. Lincoln Composites is recognized throughout the composites industry for its excellent customer service.
